Create mouth watering breakfast sandwiches any day of the week with this nifty-daisy Nordic Ware Microwave Eggs recipe! Simply spray with olive cooking spray, crack open an egg in the middle of the board, add desired mix-ins, and gently stir. The eggs will be cooked through and ready to serve when you’re ready to bake. This is one of those recipes that just has to be tried.

If you are tired of the typical store bought egg which is hard and chewy, then you need to try this recipe which has absolutely perfect soft scrambled eggs. You can make this in three simple steps. First, choose a non-stick frying pan. Second, a microwave safe bowl. Third, microwave eggs in this bowl until they are perfectly soft.

In a large microwave bowl, combine three whole eggs, three tablespoons of margarine, three tablespoons of unsalted salt, and two cups of skim milk. Microwave on high for about two minutes or until the yolk turns light pink. Once the egg is fully cooked, remove it from the microwave and allow to cool. In a separate bowl, whisk together one tablespoon of each of lemon juice and white wine, a quarter teaspoon of salt, and one tablespoon of English muffin powder. Mix until completely blended. Now you are ready to use your masterpiece, which will make you a true breakfast Nirvana!

Or you may want to try this microwave eggs recipe which is almost as good as the ones you buy in the store. You simply cook the yolks and whites in your microwave oven and then add them to a warm bowl of soup or stew. When done, drain off the eggs, and serve with reserved juice. This is a wonderful way to have both yolks and whites in your soup at the same time. This is also very economical, because you can usually just use vegetable stock as a soup base instead of buying it.

Another great recipe for cooking eggs is to boil three or four eggs, let them cool slightly, and then crack the shells with a fork. You can then use an electric tortilla shell to fill it with water and put the eggs in. Cover the tortilla shell with water and continue to heat it over a low to medium heat. It will take approximately a minute and a half, but the salt and the pepper will give you a great taste.

If you like your omelet with a kick, try cooking an Italian omelet recipe. In this case, simply substitute the Italian herbs for dried oregano, and add a pinch of black pepper. Also, instead of oiling the eggs, you can use a teaspoon of olive oil. The egg whites should be beaten until they are very soft but not mushy. Then you can add them to your microwave omelet recipe.

For a low fat breakfast, try cooking an oatmeal protein packed meal. In this case, just replace one egg in the batter with one tablespoon of skim milk. microwave the egg whites until they are just set, add the skim milk, a few drops of your favorite flavor, sea salt and black pepper, and heat through on the lowest setting.

For a southwestern meal, try an avocado scramble. In this case, you will need four eggs, a cup of reduced-fat cheddar cheese, a can of whole tomatoes with their juices still in them, sea salt and black pepper to taste. Use a microwave to beat the eggs, mix in the cheese, tomatoes, and water, and microwave on high. When the eggs are done, place them on a plate, sprinkle with black pepper, and heat up some tortilla chips on the table.
